Shipping policy

Shipping & Backorder Policy

Our shipping and backorder policy functions as follows:

 

• Invoices over $1,000 (excluding GST) will have free shipping.
• Invoices under $1,000 (excluding GST) will incur the following freight charges:
  • $25 per shipment for Melbourne Metro
  • $40 per shipment for Country VIC, NSW, Southern QLD & SA
  • $60 per shipment for TAS, WA, NT & Northern QLD (from Gladstone 4680 and beyond)
• Backorders over $500 (excluding GST) will have free shipping.
• Backorders under $500 (excluding GST) will incur the same freight charges as above.
• We will email you several days before shipping any backorders, to give you the opportunity to add on additional items and take advantage of the lower free freight threshold. If we do not have a response from you within 72 hours, the backorder will ship without any further communication.
• Backorders can be cancelled at any time by email.

Please note that free freight thresholds are based on invoice values (i.e. available stock) and not order value, which may or may not include available and backordered stock.
